When you submit an enquiry or RFQ on this site, we collect what you enter: name, company, work email, country, product details, quantity and any message or attachment reference. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours — we only see the messages you send us. If this site has analytics enabled, we also collect pseudonymous usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) — see section 5.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations, sampling or factory-audit proposals.
- To prepare shipment documents (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list) once an order is agreed.
- To keep the business records a registered exporter is required to keep.
- To improve this site, if analytics is enabled.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider's form-handling service and by our email inbox. Neither is a public database — submissions are only visible to Fortune Eleven Trading Co. staff who need them to respond to you.

- WhatsApp (Meta) — handles any conversation you start via a WhatsApp link on this site.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@fortuneeleven.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or as required by Indian export/tax record-keeping rules, whichever is longer.
